Jaxon was an absolutely outstanding host from start to finish. I rented his Range Rover for over 40 days and the entire experience was flawless. The vehicle was clean, luxurious, reliable, and drove perfectly the whole trip. Communication was fast, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout the rental. Car was great, pickup and drop off added an extra $70 after I booked which I wasn’t aware of or pleased with
Guest picked up car over 4 hours late, and we did not cancel out of courtesy. Parking fees are clearly disclosed in our communication with guest and if there was an overcharge we would have corrected the issue.
No sense in a bad review when an opportunity wasn’t even presented to rectify any issue.
