Everything was very smooth! Mikhail was even willing to be flexible with our arrival time when the Flyaway shuttle was running late. Clear and prompt communication, and the car was exactly what we needed for a weekend in Pasadena and LA.

Zippy little car with good legroom, an amazing sound system, and fantastic gas mileage. It stops and accelerates quickly, steering has a great turning radius, and the bright yellow color of the car helps you be easily seen by bigger vehicles (esp at that 405/101 interchange). The host is friendly and responds quickly to messages. He included a phone cable to use during the trip which was a very helpful and considerate bonus.
The only issue I had was the Turo app. I returned the car well over an hour before my scheduled drop off time but the app wouldn't allow it. Calling Turo also didn't help. Apart from that, it was a smooth ride.
