I had such a wonderful experience renting from Mikhail. I was in LA for my daughter’s dorm move-in and we wanted to go around the city and everything was incredibly easy from start to finish. Mikhail dropped the car off right at my hotel, was extremely accommodating with the timing, and even offered to refuel the car for me when I realized I had forgotten to do it.
The car itself was spotless, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. But what really stood out was how pleasant, helpful, and accommodating Mikel was throughout the entire experience.
If I’m back in LA and need a car again, I would absolutely rent from Mikhail without hesitation. Highly recommend!
