I DONT RECOMMANDE AT ALL!! The host leased me a car that had undone payments on the loan! As a result the car was towed and repossessed on the 2nd day of my lease with my suitcase inside the car. When I tried to solve the solution with the host he was very cold, short on communication and giving unclear information, saying that he was too busy to deal with the situation. He also did not own the car which made the whole process even more difficult. It took 5 days for me to get my suitcase back. Plus no car for my trip. I had to spent hours on the phone dealing with Turo and the towing company to figure out to get my suitcase because the host wasn’t cooperating. At the end, the host did not even apologize or take any accountability for all the trouble. Very rude and unprofessional.
