My experience with this rental was unfortunately not the best due to communication issues during pickup. My scheduled check-in time was 8:00 AM, and although my flight was delayed and I arrived a bit later than expected, the host had not provided any pickup instructions beforehand.
I followed the address listed in the app, only to discover it was incorrect. I had to contact the host to obtain the correct address and pickup details. This process was frustrating, as pickup instructions should be communicated before the reservation start time rather than only after the guest reaches out.
Additionally, I was not reimbursed the full amount for parking as expected.
The vehicle itself was fine, but I would recommend that the host improve communication by providing accurate pickup information and instructions in advance. Doing so would help create a much smoother and less stressful experience for future guests.
