The only reason I'm giving this car two stars is because the gas wouldve been amazing if we were able to actually use it for more than one day. the second day we had this car it completely stopped working, some issue with their electric key fob being dead so the car wouldn't start up and I had to get it towed from my air bnb. I don't like how the whole situation was handled. I originally messaged them about the issue and no one actually tried to attempt to help me till 6+ hours later when I had to be the one to reach out to them AGAIN the next morning. wasted an entire day, missed out on meetings and events trying to get things resolved with turo directly and this car company did nothing to help my party other than offer 15% off if I wanted to rent with them again in the future and they sent the message 5 days after the whole situation happened...never received an actual apology either. not sure if we're the first party this happened to with this car but the tow truck driver informed me this is a very known issue with electric vehicles. this whole situation and how it was handled by not only LA car company, but turo customer service as well truly changed my opinion on turo as a whole, I don't plan on ever renting from this site again. Also don't rent this car unless you have an actual USB cord because it has no Bluetooth or apple/android car play.

Pickup was extremely simple. Drop off was a little complicated, but nothing that we couldn’t handle. Car was clean, and owner was very responsive. Great trip.

Loved the car, super great on gas! I drove almost 200 miles around LA and only costed me $25 to fill back up. Very convenient! Great communication. Thank you.
