The car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. This was my first time renting through Turo, so the pickup process was a little different than I was used to, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was very accommodating when I needed to change my pickup time and communicated well throughout the rental. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.
