Fantastic from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone. Instruction were clear, pick up and drop off was easy. The car was spotless and having such great fuel economy in LA while also having the size of an SUV was absolutely clutch.

The car was great! It was nice, clean, good on gas mileage, and easy to use.
When we left the airport to pick of the car, the shuttle service took too long so we just took a nearby hotel shuttle (The Westin is right across the street). I recommend doing that if it takes too long.
