Quality was perfect, communication was quick and helpful, and pickup was almost a breeze, minor hiccup. The person I was in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Would rent again.

The morning the guest picked up this vehicle, about 9:30am, Moovetrax had a nationwide outage. We should have cancelled the trip. But we personally went to the garage, advised him of that fact and assisted him with his pickup. We also worked with Moovetrax to help the guest right after he left the garage. Moovetrax was back up by noon that day. We bent over backwards to help this guest. This car is NOT wonky. The 4–Star rating he gave indicates a failure on OUR part. We feel that it is unfair.

We work hard to give every guest a 5-Star experience. Guests take a free shuttle, then use their phones to pick up their vehicles. This particular guest was treated like a VIP from start to finish. When he returned the car, he was greeted personally by our owner. We also paid for a 62 mile, $129.00 Lyft ride to help him get home. NOTHING about his experience warranted a 4-star rating. It was unfair and undeserved. We are committed the 5-Star experience. Our other reviews speak for themselves.
