Loved the car

Amazing vehicle, thank you so much for letting me able to extend it until I had purchased my new vehicle

First time driving an electric car and I will say it was a pleasant drive. Car runs really smooth and it was clean. The hosts instructions were very clear and it made the pick up and return smooth.

The car was clean and in good condition, which we appreciated.

However, we experienced several important issues during the rental. It was not clearly communicated that the vehicle required a charging adapter, nor that we needed a specific app to be able to charge it. We also did not receive timely support when we needed it.

As foreigners, this made the situation much more difficult. We ended up paying around $200 extra for charging and also had to purchase an adapter ourselves to continue our trip.

The communication was inefficient at key moments, which added unnecessary stress to the experience.

For this reason, although the car itself was fine, I would not rent from this host again.

I had some difficulty and panic with find a ev charging station but once I figured out the process and a station I was good! I now have ev experience! Host was understanding and had supportive words to figuring out the process.
