The car was an immaculate, brand new KIA Niro It was perfect for a day trip around LA The host was very responsive and pleasant. The car pickup was close (less than a mile) from my hotel. Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Harutyun!

The host was great at communicating with me anytime I had questions and was extremely helpful and accomodating to extending my trip. When I picked the vehicle up, it was very clean and was a great running vehicle.

The host was very nice. The car seemed to have battery issues. I had to stop toc charge it constantly and it significantly delayed my business trip. The car came on a half charged battery but the host was very accommodating when I had to extend the trip due to the numerous stops to charge the battery. This may just be a temporary problem that requires quick car maitenance but I mentioned it to the host.
