Car was great - clean, drove well. Car play system worked fine. Tried to communicate before arriving with a few questions and got automated messages with answers hidden in long automation. Made pick up more confusing than it needed to be, but it all worked out.

Regarding the messaging, Turo uses a system where airport delivery instructions are combined into one standard message for all airports a host offers. Unfortunately, hosts can’t customize messages per specific airport, so it can feel a bit broad at times.
