The car quality is not great. Older vehicle.
Also- I am hoping to not be charged an outrageous amount for gas because the gas can/cap is broken. I tried two different pumps and could not get it filled. I'll send a picture.

We’re sorry the vehicle did not meet your expectations. However, the vehicle’s year, photos, and details were clearly shown in the listing before you selected and booked it. Regarding the gas issue, we were not informed during the trip and would have gladly assisted immediately. We do not charge any “outrageous” fees any fuel charge is based on the actual missing fuel and Turo’s policy.

Wrong car delivered to pick up spot. Window was cracked. Head lights barely worked. Front left suspension/strut was wore out and rattled over bumps. And dirty with some personal items left in the storage compartments. Nice care, and easy folks to deal with. But wrong/bad car delivered.

It’s actually not possible for the wrong vehicle to be delivered, as all reservations are tied to a specific vehicle (VIN) and we always provide exactly what was booked through Turo.
Regarding the item mentioned, the box of napkins was intentionally left for guest convenience.
It’s also worth noting that this feedback came after a post-trip fuel charge, as the vehicle was returned below the agreed fuel level.
