The car locked itself, and the key isn’t working. I tried replacing the battery, but it still doesn’t work.

Unfortunately this guest “experienced” an issue with the key when over 200 guests that have rented this car never had that “problem.” I think this guest was just a bit uneducated on how to properly use a car key fob.
Car quality was good but the pickup location was confusing at first

And that’s why we read the pickup instructions before booking a trip (on Turo’s app/website), also when you book the trip (I send a message at booking with very detailed instructions) and once again right before the trip starts (again the same pickup instructions sent 24 hours before the trip start time). Very simple and clear!
Check engine light came on but the host worked with me really well

This guest falsely claimed this as an issue so that they could get rewarded a refund/discount. The moment I picked up the car there was no check engine light. They also returned the car without fuel and left a sticky residue all over the interior.
