Car was very clean in great like new condition. Only thing is you have to pickup away from LAX and get a ride there. I may have missed that when I rented/signed up but thought it was an airport pick up and drop off.
As outlined in Turo’s policy, hosts are not permitted to enter the airport for pickup. I sent you the pickup instructions before the trip began and also confirmed the pickup address with you in advance. Based on that, I don’t believe the misunderstanding was due to anything on my end, as all of the necessary information was provided before your trip. I always do my best to communicate clearly so pickups go as smoothly as possible

Our car was canceled last minute, but they got us another one. It wasn’t a hybrid like we needed it, but it was very clean.
