The car is perfect; it has everything needed for a road trip. We particularly appreciated the spaciousness and comfort. The car was very clean when we arrived. Karina was very friendly and available to help with any requests.

The issue I did have…the host was a little high strung, I was running 5 minutes late due to putting gas in the car, the host came up to me at the pumps 3 minutes from the drop off location, knocked on my window to pick up her car. She showed up with two big guys it was kinda intimidating. And embarrassing.
I did not get to document the car like a usual return, I just paid for gas and took my items out of the car.
The car experience was great, host may need a little more people and personality experience, she kept asking if I smoked in the car which I told her I did not.
I never smoke in the car. Not even my own.
