had a little issue booking as my trip was cancelled by host because i uploaded the wrong doc by accident. only got 50% refund and had to rebook again full price. unsure is host could’ve helped make that smoother but overall trip was fine
I wasn’t able to release the car because you submitted an ID instead of a valid driver’s license. Since the issue is related to your verification, you’ll need to contact Turo support directly so they can verify your driver’s license. I don’t have access to your driver’s license information, so there’s nothing I can do on my end. Also, to clarify, you received a full refund when you rebooked your trip. Thank you.
