The logistics involved to pickup this car was horrendous. I was given no information on pickup until I landed. The moment I did I was informed that the car I booked was no longer available. This was shocking as they couldn’t have told me this earlier they waited until right when I landed to inform me. Then they issue me a new car, it was similar to the original so not a major problem. The problem occurred when they told me how to get to the car. They provided a picture of a sign to stand next to and wait for a shuttle. The sign they sent had no number on it, which was a problem because every sign at the airport had a number on it. As we waited at the sign I think we were supposed to wait at we saw a number of busses round the pickup area 3 times before our bus ever showed up. I asked the car owners to call me. Their response was just wait. Finally I had enough waiting that I jumped on a Westin shuttle bus (apparently they aren’t supposed to do this but the guy was nice enough to do it, I also tipped him big) which took me right next to the lot where the car was. I asked the guy for the keys all was good there packed up into the car and went to our hotel. On the way there the car owner is blowing me up saying they need my DL…mind you I have submitted this twice before landing. I text back to them that I have already done it. An hour goes by and then they call me (now they are able to call me, but it’s because they need something, couldn’t earlier because I needed something). They tell me they need my info once again, I’m in disbelief at this point I submit my info again and finally that debacle is over with. When I returned the vehicle to my surprise the shuttle we were waiting on for forever was there and ready when we dropped off the car. We enter the shuttle and it smells like straight marijuana and it’s just us and the driver in the shuttle. So ya I will never be renting from this group again.
