Communications were quick and very clear. However it was not communicated to us until time of pick up that the vehicle condition was very poor. A $5 credit was given to us upon pick up, which was a little bit of a bait and switch in our opinion. Condition of the vehicle was not as advertised. Lots of suspension and drivetrain clunks and rattles that got worse during our trip. Some minor body damage as well.
Other than that, the vehicle was relatively clean and A/C was nice and cold.
