The host was communicative throughout the situation and responded promptly once the vehicle became inoperable during our trip. Unfortunately, the vehicle experienced what appeared to be an alternator/charging system failure while we were traveling in Carlsbad with children, resulting in the vehicle stalling and requiring Turo roadside assistance and towing.
The host acknowledged the mechanical issue and remained in communication while Turo coordinated roadside assistance and transportation support. Although the breakdown significantly disrupted our travel plans, I appreciate the communication and efforts made during the situation.
