The car ran great, it had a dent on the passenger side not shown in photos and the drivers seat belt was jammed so I was unable to use it the entire trip. The main thing I had a problem with was the weed smell in the car. My hair smelled from being in the car. I would drive w the windows down but it still had a permanent smell. I picked it up at the airport and only had a short time to visit family. I wish I would’ve known prior, I did not want to waste my time trying to figure out how to switch cars at lax which was my pick up location.
Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm very sorry you experienced these issues during your trip, especially with the seatbelt and the unwanted smell in the car. I understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly given your tight schedule at LAX.
That said, we were not aware of a marijuana smell or a jammed driver's seatbelt prior to your rental. The car was cleaned and checked before handover,Regarding the dent on the passenger side we will have that fixed. Thank you!
