Brakes were grinding metal when backing up, transmission slipping, ac leaking bad and not working right. Owner was quick to reply and would not agree to a hassle free return. She argueing and denied any vehicle problems. I am going into mediation worth Turo and had to return the car early and interrupt a whole half day of my short vacation and rent a new rental car and make an airport drop offf pickup and clean

The car had just passed a full inspection before Tyler's trip and has completed over 30 trips with positive reviews from other guests. When concerns were raised, I offered an early return, but it wasn't taken. Despite my efforts, the guest requested a full refund of the booking amount plus additional compensation for future trips. I trust Turo Support will review the facts fairly.
Air Conditioner worked fine for the first few minutes of a drive, but then would stop working
