The car was fine overall, a little worn but not terrible. It had 40 thousand miles on it. The pick up was totally doable, though I’d recommend letting drivers know that using the Westin shuttle is better than waiting for the parking lot shuttle (as I waited over a half hour and it still hadn’t arrived and finally hopped on the Westin shuttle which I passed up initially). I’ve used this group’s rentals several times in the past and been happy every time box is why I keep using them.
