Very appreciative of the group of host. Any questions I had they answered in a timely manner! I had some technical difficulties during pick up but the parking lot attendant and the host both were very understanding! I did need to extend the drop off time and they worked with me. Overall it was great using the car for what was needed while in California!

The car quality was good was great on gas very smooth ride no issues at all. The only issue that I would say was to pick up and drop off location. It was just a little complicated in the very beginning with the instructions but no problem after all.
