Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend renting this vehicle. The car had multiple broken components that should have been addressed before it was rented out, which made the overall experience frustrating and concerning. On top of the condition of the vehicle, I felt the host was completely unfair when dealing with the return and fuel situation. I tried to communicate reasonably and resolve the issue, but the host was unwilling to be fair or work with me. I expected a safe, properly maintained vehicle and a reasonable experience with the host, and unfortunately I received neither. I would recommend future renters thoroughly inspect and document the vehicle before driving off.
