The car rides really smooth. My issue was the pick up and drop off instructions. The pick up shuttle was listed incorrectly which left me and my daughter at the airport for an additional hour until I figured out the correct shuttle to get to the car.
The drop off location I chose in the app led me to a building that said the location had been moved to another address. Once I arrived to the second address I was told I still could not drop off the car. After reaching out to the host I learned I had to drop the car off where I picked it up.
I’d suggest better communication and clear directions in the future!
