Very accommodating, convenient, and transparent. Great communication, nice clean car, and easy pick up from the airport. I would definitely rent from Best In LA again

The pick-up location was easy to find, a lot used for car exchange. The co-hosts communicated well giving all of the needed information, answering questions making pick-up and drop off very easy. The car did make a few noises, but nothing too bad or worrisome. The only issue I had was the car smelled of smoke "covered" with cologne when I picked it up. As a nonsmoker with asthma this sucked, but I had no back up plan. I reported this to the co-host as I did not want to be charged for something I didn't do. The co-host was already aware of this. Aside from that, no issues. I would rent from this host again.
