The vehicle was great. Turo stressed me out. I booked a vehicle two months in advance. The first cancellation was one week before my trip, Turo sent me a list of vehicles to pick from. None of the vehicles were identical to what I had previously rented. The Vehicles matched the price I paid but not accommodation. I had to call them to change to another vehicle. The second cancellation was two days before my trip, once again what they sent me was equal to the price but not accommodation. I called them again and they changed to another vehicle. It was our understanding that we would keep the same time, same pick up place, and a vehicle close to what I need for my large family. When I arrived at my destination, there was no vehicle. The reservation was messed up and the time was changed from a.m to pm pick up. I had to go to Enterprise rental to get a vehicle until my vehicle was ready. This eas the White House the first time I have ever used to Turo and this is the last time.

Vehicle was nice only problem I had was that didn't know you can only use 400 miles which wasn't enough miles so I had to rent another vehicle to be able to drive the miles I needed too.
