Renting this car was the smoothest part of our crazy travel experience. So grateful for Alex—who adapted our plans very last minute, dropped off and picked up at different airports, had car seats for 4 kids of different ages, and made the entire experience pain free and magically easy. Will ALWAYS rent from him first!

We were pretty disappointed with this rental. The car had multiple scratches and dents all over, the tires were nearly bald, and the check engine light was on when we picked it up. When we asked about it, we were told it was likely due to a system update or sensor and that it would go away, which honestly didn’t give us much confidence in the safety of the vehicle. Because of that, we didn’t feel comfortable using the car beyond getting from point A to point B. After the trip, we were then charged a $500 damage deposit for a scuff that was described as collision-related. There was no dent or any new damage caused during our use. Overall, this was a frustrating experience both with the condition of the vehicle and how things were handled afterward.
I was also disappointed after your trip for not reporting the accident.
Unfortunately what ever happens from point A to point B is your responsibility. The insurance used your pictures pre/post-trip photo.
Take Same Responsibility For Your Self. My vehicles are meticulously maintained.
