I would never rent a car from art again his co host Lana was very professional if I needed help, she answered every question I needed when I drop the car off I met art and he didn’t introduce himself or didn’t let me know he was the car owner. He just told me to park the car and that was it. I asked him was he the car owner and he said yes my thing is if your going to honk your horn at me when your parking another car and telling me to park the car that I’m dropping off be professional and introduce your self to your guest and on top of that he charging me a $22 miles charge that I paid full for an unlimited ride, the Turo representative told me he made some changes on his setting to a 200 miles daily limit on August 24 days before the money was gone get taking out of my account art does not communicate to well but his co host Lana does an excellent job on everything.
