Process of pick up/drop off simple if you follow their video guidelines. It wasn't spotless inside and this was addressed promptly. No issues with the car when we had it for 7 days. We primarily drove to Hermosa Beach for event and LAX. No smell inside. No 3rd row in this car, so lots of space in back. Easily fit a large check in suitcase, 2 carry on suitcase, and 3 backpacks.

Voiture pas en très bon état extérieurement, pare choc avant arrière cassé, j'avais besoin d'un QR code pour entrer dans le parking, l'hôte ne me l'a pas envoyé, heureusement que 2 femmes sortaient du parking à ce moment là pour m'ouvrir la porte.
