Car interior, upholstery could've been covered or fixed, power steering was not working properly, and needed an oil change as well.

Thank you. You booked a 2012 Cadillac, which is a 14 year old vehicle. Any vehicle of that age, some cosmetic wear is to be expected and is reflected in the rental price. If you preferred a newer car, I offer models from 2010 to 2026. This vehicle has completed 67+ trips without similar complaints. The "Oil Change Soon" message is only a maintenance reminder and does not indicate an immediate mechanical issue or affect the vehicle's safety.
