These cars are frequently serviced at BMW dealership so maintenance issues seems to be unrealistic. We are disappointed to see all these negative rating on a car we work hard in super clean condition. Convenience is something we have no control over but all the other categories are unfortunately very disappointing and far from real feedback. Anyways we appreciate the feedback...
