Car (BMW X6) was beautiful, and clean. That's the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star.
First of all, I did not feel comfortable or safe driving this car with my wife and babies.. There was a brake pad warning on the vehicle that stated it needed immediate service and could only be driven a short distance and also a "need service" warning. The brakes felt very odd, and driving in LA traffic made it even more stressful. After contacting the co-host, they said not to worry because it could be a screen error and was checked prior to the trip. I strongly disagree and believe I was lied to, this is a newer BMW not a 1990s beater.
It was a huge disappointment not being able to enjoy the car and just have it parked 90% of the time, specially for the amount we paid. We were offered a swap several hours later but this was a huge inconvenience due to having plans and scheduled appointments. This all could have been avoided if proper inspection of vehicle was followed, specially after having to drop it off to us at the airport so we can pickup the vehicle. All in all, it was very careless and unsafe.

We sincerely apologize for the brake warning and the stress it caused you and your family. The vehicle was checked before delivery and no warnings were present at that time. We take this very seriously and will have the car fully inspected again immediately. We also regret the swap offer came too late. Thank you for your honest feedback.

The car was very clean, has bmw smell(Lol), did match the pictures. Didn't have any issues with the car during the reservation, all smooth. Highly Recommend.
