Great experience overall with Troy and the BMW X3. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for the trip. Troy was very responsive throughout the rental, and communication was excellent from start to finish.
I did notice a minor issue with the front two tires showing some wear/balding, along with a slight vibration when accelerating on the freeway. I made Troy aware of it so hopefully he can have that addressed going forward. Other than that, there were no major issues with the vehicle or the rental experience.
Overall, Troy was an awesome host, and I would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Thanks Jeremy! To be fair, I did tell you when you picked up the car that the oil change reminder may come on at some point during your month-long reservation. It also had just received an alignment at BMW right before your reservation and they would have told me to replace the tires if that was needed.
Perfect from start to finish. Great communication, friendly and helpful. Easy to understand and navigate with. Will definitely use again. Car was perfect.
