Andy was wonderful! Due to a glitch in the app the car could not be unlocked. We had to Uber to the hotel. Mercedes Benz resolved the issue and Andy brought the vehicle to the hotel. He even took us to the airport when it was time to leave due to the inconvenience! He was very responsive. Excellent customer service.
