Hi Tynesha! Thank you for the review. It looks like you may be confused with another reservation. A cleaning fee or a deposit is not being held in your account, which was confirmed by Turo. The BMW was delivered clean and i didn’t charge you cleaning fees after your rental. But I hope you enjoyed driving our car and that we helped you to have a pleasant trip in Los Angeles.
