He was rude while addressing an issue
You claimed the gas was not full at pickup, yet the photo you provided was taken after driving the vehicle for approximately three hours and showed the tank half empty. I then provided timestamped pre-trip photos clearly documenting that the vehicle was delivered with a full tank. Providing documentation to clarify the situation is not being rude. It is simply part of resolving trip disputes professionally. I stand by the accuracy of the trip records and communication provided during the trip.
