The car was clean. The host nice. Communication lacking a little.
I selected the pick up and drop off at the Beverly Hills hotel only to know, at the start of my trip, that the drop off couldn’t be at the Beverly Hills hotel but to another location… which was farther from my place. I wish the host would have told me that sooner, but other than that the trip was great, the car too and overall can’t complain.

Car shut down in the middle of the freeway. Alerts going off and e gone shut down. Immediately pulled over and informed host. Also tires were old and worn.

Lack of communication. Had us waiting an hour to get the vehicle. Only said something until I reached out asking where they were at. If they would have communicated from the beginning that the vehicle was not ready we could have planned accordingly. No compensation either! Other than that the vehicle was nice to drive around.
