Great communication and a great car. Would rent again for sure

Process was extremely easy. However the car was extremely dirty . The exterior was dirty . The interior was the same . It was a tire marks on the back passenger seat . The car also needed a few repairs. Ever light was lit up on gege. Abs, tire, airbag, brake and a few others. The car needed maintenance bad.

A few things I wish were better. In terms of renting this car, I wouldn’t rent again. Pick up address was incorrect. Car availability was 30 mins late on top of the 30 mins additional heads up we provides. Car was dirty. Had to clean coffee stains, other stains, spider webs ourselves. Exterior was bug crusted. Way too much fragrance in the car which seemed to mask either cigarette smell or some musk. Front tire treads were thin. Steering wheel and ABS light were on and never turned off. We were a bit worried since we were 200 miles out. Not sure if the host manages the car herself or if she pays a third party to manage it.
