Jackie was able to accommodate a last minute drop off, the car was clean and looked nice ( '19 Audi Q7 )
Had a couple hiccups regarding a check engine light which resulted in diminished gas mileage (not constant, but enough to be slightly frustrating), however Jackie and her team were prompt with their responses.
Despite the small hiccups, nothing altered my trip other than a quick run to AutoZone to run the codes.
I'd rent from them again
