Car was great for a trip to Tahoe in the snow. Appreciated the massaging seats and the heated seats in back too! Process from start to finish went smoothly and great communication from the host.

The vehicle was very nice and drove smoothly. It had a spacious interior and trunk, along with plenty of charging ports, which was very convenient. The car was in like-new condition. However, upon entering the vehicle, there was a noticeable odor that resembled smoke. It was unclear whether this was from the interior materials or a lingering scent from a previous renter, but it was unexpected. Two other members of my group also noticed the smell. Overall, it was a great experience aside from this issue.
Thank you for your feedback. The X5 is strictly non-smoking and professionally cleaned before every trip. It has the OEM BMW interior fragrance and full leather upholstery, which can sometimes have a distinct scent in newer vehicles. Several guests before and after your trip rated cleanliness 5 stars with no odor concerns. I appreciate you mentioning this and will double-check the cabin to ensure the best experience for future guests.
