The car started an update in the parking lot that took over an hour when it was hot 88F outside and the car wouldn't run the ac while waiting.
Windshield washer fluid was low when I started the trip so I had to stop and pay $7 to fill it.
Other than that, the host was great, after the fact I understood why... The Toro app never told me it would cost $120 for a vehicle delivery until AFTER the rental was confirmed and paid for.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the software update and low washer fluid, and I’ll gladly reimburse the $7 refill cost.
As you know, the update was not initiated by me and may have been accidentally triggered during Tesla app digital key setup.
Delivery fees are handled directly by Turo.
I truly care about maintaining my vehicles well and always want every guest to have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
