The car itself was nice and I was able to complete my trip without any major issues. However, I was disappointed with a few things. Before booking, I specifically asked about the driving assistance features because this was an important reason why I chose this Tesla for my trip. Unfortunately, the feature I expected to have available was not working/available during my rental.
There was also a noticeable cigarette smell inside the vehicle, which affected the overall experience.
The owner communicated with me, and the car was otherwise usable, but considering these issues and the difference between what I expected before the rental and what I actually received, I think 3 stars is a fair rating.

As communicated before your trip, Tesla had temporarily disabled FSD due to improper use by the previous guest, which was unfortunately beyond our control.
We take great care of our vehicles, but occasionally situations like this arise due to prior guests.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the odor and will address it.

Great Tesla and a fantastic overall experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. Full Self-Driving was especially impressive and made the trip very enjoyable. Pickup and return were easy, and the host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent this Tesla again!
