What a blast to drive. Car was super clean and Kumar and his wife were great. That self driving is awesome. Definitely well rent it again. You won't be disappointed if you rent this car.

The car itself was fine and mechanically it drove well. There was some minor interior and exterior damage, but nothing that affected the overall performance of the vehicle.
The biggest issue was the charging. I expected the car to be provided fully charged at pickup, but it was not. I was also charged for the initial charging that the owner completed on the day of pickup, in addition to being charged for the charging I had to do at drop-off. I understand paying for the charging I used during my trip, but I did not expect to be responsible for the cost of charging before my trip even began.
Overall, the car was fine, but the charging situation was disappointing and an unexpected expense.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the charging invoice was not manually prepared by us. Turo automatically pulls transactions from the Tesla charging account. Since this charge occurred just minutes after your scheduled trip began, it was automatically included—a technical/timing issue, not intentional.
We take pride in operating our business ethically and transparently and would never knowingly charge a guest for an expense that is not theirs.
Great host just had an error with the Turo app with trying to return the car one day early.
