The car has many issues; it needs maintenance, the sun visor is broken, and there are other problems.

The visor was not damaged when he received the car. He told me about the visor being broken when I picked the car up.
We did not send the car out with a check engine light on! The light was the scheduled oil maint. reminder. I explained to him that Porsche charges $500 for their oil change so we use an independent shop that charges half. Porsche hasn’t released the update to clear message. I don’t know if it was a language barrier but his review was not fair or accurate.
