Good experience. This Jeep requires Premium gas. Parking at pickup garage could be more costly if vehicle is there longer. Jeep ran well but had a few minor issues like one of the rear power windows not operating. Pickup garage is about 1 block walk. Next time we'll drive it to curb to pickup heavy luggage rather than drag it all to the car.

Multiple things I did not like about this rental.
1. This was not the car I originally rented. In fact, the company canceled my first car, and rescheduled me for this car.
2. I had pickup scheduled for 10am. Upon arriving at the airport I had to initiate conversation with Elite to ask them where to go. The car arrived…..40 minutes later.
3. Multiple warning lights kept going off in the vehicle as we drove to our destination, (oil change, check engine, etc). This made the highway driving rather uneasy, as we were in the middle of no where.
4. Passenger seat was stuck in a very high position and unable to be moved. Very u uncomfortable for my tall partner, as their head was close to touching the ceiling.
5. Back rear window did not work.
6. Audio would frequently go in and out, making following my phone’s audio directions hard to hear.
Overall, the car was in poor shape for only being 5 years old. Lots of wear and tear, and have a mechanic look at the electrical issues. Would not recommend this company.

The car was just ok had minor issues with driving also malfunctioning indicators kept turning on which made me not comfortable driving the car. Also car was not cleaned upon picking up —- pick up and drop off was convenient
