The vehicle smelled like cigarettes and it was jerking . It got us to point a to point b but I was expecting more luxury than what I received

The car got us to our destination, but there were some problems. The back control for the AC would stop working while driving. The wind shield wipers were squeaky. The air filter smelled when the front AC was turned on.

Pick up and drop were easy enough, though leave extra time for the budget lot at LAX. The reason for the 3 star review is the condition of the 2018 Yukon XL. It had 163k miles and had a dozen things wrong with it, including no rear a/c in LA, headrests that wouldn't stay up, trim pieces falling off, holes in seats etc. They should know better.
