The vehicle was fantastic and in good condition and everything about our rental experience was positive except for our pickup. The vehicle was not available at the pickup location at the time we agreed on in Turo app. The driver dropped off the car about 20 minutes late and forgot to leave the parking ticket in the car so we had to wait at least 20 minutes to exit the parking lot which made us late for our business meeting. This was unfortunate but overall a very nice vehicle.
