The car got me from point A to point B. I felt like the headlights were not bright enough though, I thought they were broken at one point but they just weren’t bright enough. The Apple CarPlay was also slow to connect and at times would disconnect randomly while driving. It was clean inside however there’s a faint smell of weed that would go away whenever I aired out the car. Not sure if a previous renter was smoking in the car. Overall, it did its job.

Nice car, was clean and comfortable and drove well.

So I picked the car up at Long beach airport on Friday May 15th after driving the car for 25 miles to my destination the engine light came on along with the message “reduced engine power “. Then the car had very little acceleration ability.
I got in touch with the host about this issue and asked for a replacement car as I didn’t feel it was reliable or a good idea to continue driving it as I certainly didn’t want it to break down on the highway. They originally refused to pick it up and wanted me to bring back to the airport which I don’t feel comfortable doing. They finally agreed to pick it up. Now I see they are changing me $103 dollars when I had the car for 4 hrs and 29
Miles. I don’t believe I should pay for a defective product.

Good until engine light popped on

Pickup and communication was excellent the entire trip.
Only issue that proved difficult was that the key fob did not work. On day one it unlocked the car once but did not lock it. Starting on day two, no buttons on the fob worked. It would unlock and lock the car via standing by the car and pushing the button on the car handle. But that even took a couple attempts at times and a couple times, the car signaled “key fob not detected” when attempting to start it.
Ultimately it all worked out ok but it was certainly added a small amount of stress.
