Every thing was great easy access to the car, The car was very nice and comfortable very clean..

The car had minor dents and spots I had to make sure I photographed before using it, and on the first day I asked if the Applecarplay, Bluetooth, and WiFi were working because it wasn’t for us and was ignored.
The following day they asked if I had any questions so I asked again. This time they reply to check if I tried a wired connection, which I had, and they sent me a troubleshooting tutorial with many of the things I had tied
It was the first time the vehicle had this issue and instead of trusting that I knew what I was talking, I was told that it worked when it clearly didn’t. They never checked in to see if the problem was resolved and were so generally unhelpful in our interaction I did not bother pressing the issue.
My friends and I came to LA for a music festival and had playlists we would have liked to play in the car and specifically chose a model we could do that in. Not being able to do that was a let down to be honest.
Not being able to navigate using the center monitor through map apps and instead using a phone in a cupholder to navigate LA traffic was dangerous and if something happens I would be liable for it.
