Incredibly clean and drove very well! Would definitely recommend renting from them! I have multiple times now

This host hid a check engine light with a sticker placed on the dashboard. When I raised the issue, the host team members were dismissive.
I could have been held liable for the existing engine light. At worst, this could have cost my safety and risked my tight scheduling.
I’ve rented many Turo cars and will continue to do so. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will rent from this host again though I rented from them other times in the past.
Minus 10 on integrity and professionalism.
They are of course charging me for refueling after sending a message about fuel grade affecting the engine on this sketchy situation well into the first day of my rental. Smh. Do better, please!
