I would rate a zero if I could! This car had a HORRIBLE smoke smell that got in your eyes and clothing, and whatever they used to try and mask the odor only made it worse. Also, car had many dents and dings. Elite Auto Remarketing, LLC and Co-Host Athena could care less about their customers! She never apologized or offered any solutions.. just told us to bring the car back filled up with 91 octane fuel! Lovely, in customer service, was nice. We were refunded $320 of our $370 charge. Sadly, I had to rent a car from Hertz at the last minute for over $600. No other rental companies had any cars available to rent. I've used Turo many times in the past with no issues.... not sure if I will use them again.
