Instructions were not given to where the car is from the perspective of a renter but from the perspective of a driver entering the parking garage. That took awhile to find. Unfortunately I arrived at 830 Xmas eve. Car smelled like smoke and was cosmetically not as pictured dents, both front rims damaged and interior dated and fatigued only to look at the odometer 90,000 miles. If I would've none I wouldn't have rented it. Of course I declined to rent except after an hour no other cars available I was forced to take it. My advice DO NOT RENT FROM RHIS COMPANY

Car smelled like cigarettes but it was nice and loved it over all.

Wasn’t like the picture and damage wasn’t identified. Also someone smoked in it and used the center console as the ash tray and found a vape on the drivers door, it definitely wasn’t cleaned before I got it, got my phone out of door and so much debris to the point it got under my finger nail so I made sure to detail it once I got it and before I returned it, so I wouldn’t be blamed for it and I couldn’t drive like that, not healthy and sanitary. Didn’t get to fill up but tank wasn’t full when I got it but I know I’ll be paying $10 a gallon for that although I paid to clean it twice lol.
Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests: the vehicle was returned with significantly less fuel than at check-in, and we applied a standard refueling reimbursement as outlined in Turo’s policy.
